When will my order ship?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

When will I Receive my order?
Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery in the UK.

I have received an incorrect item
If you have received an incorrect item please send it back to Incorrect Items sent, 100 East Stainton Street, South Shields, Tyne & Wear, NE33 3PQ.

Please include your full name and order number. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you as soon as possible. Please include the product name and size you require this will help our customer care team so we can get the correct piece out to you quickly.

Can I change something on my order?
Once you’ve placed your order unfortunately you will not be able to change anything. If you wish to send something back or exchange please email sales@blazedseeds.com

Is international shipping available?
International shipments will be sent by DHL, please see delivery times below:

  • Western Europe: 2 to 5 days
  • USA and Canada: 3 to 6 days
  • Rest of Europe: 3 to 7 days
  • Rest of World: 3 to 8 days

All customs charges are to be paid by the customer upon receipt. Should they be payable, the customer will be notified that this is to be paid before delivery can be made.

Why has my order been cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com
